Technical Specifications
The PCH series filter elements are constructed from a polypropylene fiber matrix with a graded density structure, utilizing melt-blown technology. This design enhances dirt holding capacity and is ideal for high flow rate applications due to its low pressure drop and large inner diameter, which reduces the number of elements and housing size required. The filters are 100% polypropylene, ensuring chemical compatibility and no contaminant release even under high differential pressure. They are available in two lengths and diameters.

Dimensional Information
The filters are available in 20” and 40” lengths, with corresponding filtration areas of 0.17 m² and 0.35 m² for the 20” and 0.24 m² and 0.48 m² for the 40” elements. The pressure drop charts indicate that the 20” element has half the flow capacity of the 40” element at the same differential pressure.

Ordering Information
Filtration ratings are available in 1, 5, 10, 20, and 50 microns. The dimensional table provides the outer and inner diameters in millimeters for ordering purposes.
