Filtrafine Metal-Flow Series Filter Cartridges are designed with robust materials and configurations to suit various applications. The filter media is made from 304 or 316 sintered stainless steel fiber or wire mesh, supported by stainless steel sintered mesh. The hardware and end caps are also constructed from 304 or 316 stainless steel, ensuring durability and reliability. Sealing is achieved through TIG welding, and gaskets or O-rings are available in silicone, EPDM, Viton, or Teflon encapsulated Viton.

The cartridges have an outside diameter of 2.7 inches (68mm) and are available in lengths ranging from 10 to 40 inches (254mm to 1016mm).

Performance Specifications
The cartridges offer high surface area pleated configurations for extended on-stream life and are suitable for high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive applications. They can be regenerated in many processes. Retention ratings range from 1 to 100µm, and they are manufactured under a certified ISO 9001 quality system.

The maximum forward differential pressure is 145 psid (10 bar), and the maximum reverse differential pressure is 29 psid (2 bar). The maximum continuous operating temperature is 392°F (200°C), but gasket temperature compatibility should be checked.

Cartridges are available in depth type (SSD) or pleated type (SSP) with retention ratings of 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, and 100µm. Lengths available are 10, 20, 30, and 40 inches. Material options include 304 SS (A) and 316 SS (S). End configurations include DOE (no symbol) and SOE with 222 O-rings and flat closed end (3). O-ring materials include EPDM (E), Viton (V), Silicone (S), and Teflon encapsulated Viton (F).
