WORKING PROCESS Main filtration: The air enters a calming chamber which serves to slow down the air speed and enable the heavier dust particles to fall into a collecting bin fitted with wheels. The finer dust particles go upwards and through a section fitted with folded cartridges with a wide filtration surface, able to withold the finest impurities. The cartridges maintain their filtration efficiency thanks to a compressed air counter-washing system which is managed by an extremely advanced cyclic programmer. Filter monitoring: Certified filtration efficiency: Standard supplied with an innovative electronic control unit for continuous monitoring of the clogging status of the filter elements and for intelligent management of the cleaning cycles. Filter elements for any type of application certified according to IFA BGIA norms. Stardust is maintained in perfect efficiency thanks to its automatic filter cleaning system. Where required, Stardust can be equipped with a stellar rotary valve for continuous discharge of dust, as well as a variety of accessories and sensors for safety and diagnostics.

Installation on a single machine: The Stardust range is ideal for installation on single large sized machine tools. Centralised installation: Stardust is also suitable as a centralised solution for multiple suction points at the same time.
