WORKING PROCESS Air entry: The air enters a calming chamber which serves to slow down the air speed, enabling the collection and precipitation of the pollutant particles. Pre-filter: Smoky is fitted with a special, pre-filtration section consisting in different kinds of filter media (reusable or non), depending on the type of pollutant being treated. Main filter: A folded cartridge filter with a wide filtration surface and high filtration efficiency, able to capture the finest pollutant particles. Controlled filtration efficiency: Smoky can be fitted with up to 5 progressive filter elements which can be monitored by a manometer, to maintain the extractor at maximum filtration efficiency. Different filter elements can be combined to treat smoke and dust without needing to make structural changes to the extractor.
