WORKING PROCESS Air entry: Air inside the machine tool is channeled into the air filter's suction inlet and passes through 3 filtration stages: pre-filter, main filter and final filter. Pre-filter: A pre-treatment section consisting in a washable metallic filter (G2 efficiency) a washable drop separator (for emulsion) or a multi-layer, glass fibre filter (for oil). Main filter: Cellulose, folded cartridge filter with a wide filtration surface and high filtration efficiency, over 95% (F9), covered with a coalescent filter. Progressive filtration: Energy efficiency: Five filter elements with progressive filtration efficiencies, equipped with a manometer to monitor and ensure filtration efficiency. Special centrifugal fans guarantee high performance with low energy consumption. Blue light indicates that the f ilters are clean indicates that the f ilters must be substituted SMART LED: Cosmos is equipped with an intelligent visual system which shows the status of the filter elements.
