  • ECOSYSTEM-B: Similar to A but with 100 mm (4") diameter tubes and fan power from 0.75 kW to 1.1 kW. Lengths up to 21 meters (69 ft).
  • ECOSYSTEM-C: Uses XTK1 aluminium track with 125 mm (5") diameter tubes. Fan power ranges from 1.1 kW (1.5 HP) to 1.5 kW (2 HP). Lengths up to 30 meters (99 ft).
  • ECOSYSTEM-D: Also uses XTK1 track but with 150 mm (6") diameter tubes. Fan power ranges from 1.5 kW (2 HP) to 2.2 kW (3 HP). Lengths up to 30 meters (99 ft).

All ECOSYSTEM systems operate safely up to 200°C (392°F).

AU-II Series

Compact exhaust extraction systems with ETK aluminium track and sliding carriages, designed for various exhaust temperatures and flow rates:

  • AU-II/ECO: 100 mm (4") tube, 0.75 kW (1 HP), 650 m³/h airflow, max 200°C.
  • AU-II/PRO: 150 mm (6") tube, 1.1 kW (1.5 HP), 1400 m³/h airflow, max 200°C.
  • AU-II/FAP: Same as PRO but rated for 400°C (752°F).
  • AU-II/DYNO: 200 mm (8") tube, 2.2 kW (3 HP), 2500 m³/h airflow, max 1000°C (1832°F).

Articulated Arm

A 6-meter articulated arm equipped with a fan for localized exhaust gas extraction, suitable for flexible positioning around vehicles.

TROTTER Mobile Fans

Mobile exhaust gas extraction units designed for work area use:

  • TROTTER-50 and TROTTER-100: Mobile fans with airflow capacities of 1000 m³/h and 1600 m³/h respectively, powered by 0.35 kW and 0.75 kW motors. Both use 100 mm diameter hoses, 10 meters long.
  • TROTTER-S Series: Mobile fans with adjustable nozzle rods for enhanced targeting, available in 100 mm and 150 mm hose diameters, airflow from 1900 m³/h to 2800 m³/h, powered by 0.75 kW to 1.15 kW motors.

ECOARGON and ARGON Wall-Mounted Units

Fixed wall-mounted exhaust extraction units for small to medium vehicles:

  • ECOARGON: Available in single and double configurations, with airflow from 350 m³/h to 700 m³/h, hose diameters of 75 mm, lengths from 5 to 10 meters, powered by 0.35 kW motors.
  • ARGON: Similar to ECOARGON but with additional options including 100 mm hose diameter and airflow up to 1300 m³/h, motor power up to 0.75 kW.

TEST-LINE Systems

Exhaust extraction systems designed for inspection and brake testing operations, featuring aluminium tracks and sliding carriages that follow the vehicle:

  • Available in lengths from 9 to 21 meters (30 to 69 ft), hose diameters of 100 mm and 150 mm.
  • Fan power ranges from 0.75 kW (1 HP) to 1.5 kW (2 HP).
  • Operating temperature up to 200°C (392°F).
