Tipo C | Hydraulic CNC Punching and Cutting Machine | Ficep TIPO C: PUNCHING, DRILLING AND STEEL CUTTING The TIPO C lines are flexible CNC centers capable of complying with the requirements of both traditional steel fabricators and all types of industries requiring accurate detailed components with multiple diverse operations. These models can perform punching, marking, drilling, boring, milling, tapping and high definition plasma cutting of large plates. PROCESSES PUNCHING DRILLING TAPPING COUNTERSINKING SCRIBING MARKING OXY CUTTING PLASMA CUTTING PUNCHING UNIT The punching unit, complete with relevant tool-changer, consists of an hydraulic cylinder designed to integrate the hydraulic clamping of punch and coaxial stripper. TOOL-CHANGER Additional tools storage systems with 4,8 and 14 positions can be fitted to increase the tools availability. DRILLING UNIT A drilling unit with 6 positions tool-changer is also available, to perform drilling, tapping, countersinking and scribing operations.

FUME EXHAUST SYSTEM The exhaust system filters the fume generated by thermal cutting operations. The air is cleaned according to the latest health and safety requirements. LATERAL GRIPPERS TIPO C is equipped with carriage and three hydraulic grippers, which can be manually pre-positioned according to the plate size.
