TOOL DESIGN TOLERANCES For increasingly streamlined toolmaking processes, we ensure sufficiently narrow tolerances (EFP tolerance) for our cam units thanks to appropriate manufacturing processes. These tolerances make it possible to install our cam slide units in the tool, without conventional adjustment measures of the active elements*. This makes it possible to shorten the timeline from the start of the tool assembly process to the first off-tool part in the tryout.
