It is ideal for small spaces like spark plug holes or machinery. The ORION can be equipped with different diameter probes, including 4mm, 5.5mm, and 10mm, which feature an integrated CMOS Video Camera chip which provides a clear color image of the inspection area. The camera chip is faster (60 fps@ AVGA) and more sensitive than current generic products on the market. Insertion probes can be safely used in water, diesel, brake fluid, antifreeze, motor oil, and kerosene. Bright LED lights provide even illumination, which is controlled by a dial on the monitor, to help eliminate glare from reflective surfaces.

The 3.5” handheld monitor clearly displays a detailed image, making this unit highly useful for a wide range of applications. Integrated features include mirror imagining, a digital zoom, and file playback. Images and video are saved to an SD memory card (included). Captured files may be downloaded via USB directly to a computer or laptop. There is also a video output to transfer the live image to a TV, so clients and colleagues can review problem areas.
