24 I trasduttori MT, MTV, MTP, la banda magnetica P50/10, gli anelli magnetici DM30 o DM50 costituiscono un efficace sistema di misura incrementale lineare ed angolare senza contatto. La capacità di misura su distanze anche elevate, la semplicità di montaggio, l’assenza di parti a contatto/sfregamento, l’impermeabilità del trasduttore e l’insensibilità all’acqua, olio, polvere, trucioli, rende questo sistema adatto a numerose applicazioni in ambito industriale: macchine utensili, macchine automatiche, macchine per la lavorazione del legno, marmo, vetro, profilati, lamiera, ecc. Il trasduttore di misura integra nello stesso dispositivo il sensore sensibile al campo magnetico, il circuito elettronico di conversione dei segnali e lo stadio di uscita. Il sensore scorrendo sulla banda magnetica o sul disco magnetico genera un segnale che, opportunamente amplificato ed elaborato, viene convertito in un segnale di posizione incrementale, atto all’interfacciamento con visualizzatori, posizionatori, PLC, CNC, ecc. Il contenitore è in tecnopolimero antiurto autoestinguente grigio per i modelli MT (montaggio orizzontale) e MTV (montaggio verticale), in alluminio per il modello MTP (montaggio orizzontale). Banda magnetica P50/10: è costituita da un nastro in plastoferrite magnetizzato con poli magnetici alternati di passo 5 mm, supportato da una banda di acciaio inossidabile. Come protezione meccanica del nastro in plastoferrite viene fornita una banda di acciaio inossidabile. Anelli magnetici: DM30 costituito da un magnete ø30,9 mm con 20 poli e passo polare 5 mm, DM50 costituito da un magnete ø48,7 mm con 30 poli e passo polare 5 mm. Supportati da un anello in alluminio.
