The solution involves manual component loading, automatic assembly oprations, testing and manual unloading of assembled components. The solution is designed to ensure both that assembly is performed according to set torque parameters and that the resulting ramp is gas tight (and hence that the gaskets of the assembled valves provide a perfect seat) through final testing (micro-leak test).
