Overview: FG Wilson rental power modules are powered by Perkins, Deutz, or MTU engines and are housed in sound-attenuated CSC plated ISO containers. These modules are designed to be robust, reliable, and easy to operate, meeting the demanding requirements of the rental industry.
Environmental Compliance: The power modules feature modern emissions-compliant engines, excellent sound attenuation, and fluid spill containment, making them suitable for environmentally sensitive areas.
Control and Operation: The modules have externally accessible control panels and circuit breakers, allowing for operation from outside the container. Various control panel options support multiple applications, including single set island mode, multiple set paralleling, and mains paralleling in both prime and standby modes.
Construction and Design: The enclosures are robustly constructed to provide weather protection, sound attenuation, and ventilation. They are available in 20, 30, and 40 ft ISO containers, designed according to ISO 668 standards. The sound attenuation provides 80-85 dBA at 1m, compliant with 2000/14/EC standards.
Features: Key features include Lloyds CSC container plating, four-point lifting capability, fork lift pockets (20 ft container only), personnel access doors with panic release buttons, external emergency stop buttons, internally mounted exhaust systems, vertical cooling air discharge, internal lighting, and fully bunded container floors for spill containment.
Fuel and Service Connections: The modules have interlocked 3-way valves for internal or external fuel tank operation, quick release fittings for external bulk fuel tank connections, and external service connections for lube oil and coolant drains.
Options: Additional options include Lloyds Certified spark arresting silencers, Racor Duplex fuel water separators, AMOT air shut-off valves, alternative control systems for various applications, and remote radiator design packages.
