Operation Modes

Single Mode: One storage system operates at a time. The operator picks all items from one system before moving to the next. The PTL lights up orange to indicate the next storage system for picking.

Cart Structure
The cart features a 3-level metal shelving unit with four PTL stations per shelf. Each PTL station is equipped with an identification barcode label and a confirmation button. The cart is designed for efficient and safe order preparation.

Specifications

Cart Specifications: Maximum load capacity of 300kg, with each shelf supporting up to 75kg. The cart includes a steel frame, adjustable shelves, handles, and five wheels for stability and maneuverability. It is powered by a 12V 20 Ah lithium battery with a life of 8-16 hours and fast charging capability.
PTL Specifications: Each PTL has a 5-digit alphanumeric display and a confirmation button that can be associated with up to six different colors for material picking.

Accessories
The cart can be equipped with additional accessories such as boxes for order preparation, a barcode reader, a label printer, and an LGV towing hook.
