MOVAC CONVEYING SYSTEM MOVAC stands for “moving vacuum” and is the name used in the first granules conveying system developed by Ferlin in the early 80’s. After years of absence, Ferlin once again decided to develop a conveying system in order to provide the customer with the same benefits as with our GRAVIMIX batchblenders. We did not have enough influence on the developments needed to solve issues discovered in the practice, so we decided to develop the hopper loaders and filters again. As a result: a conveying system that seamlessly connects to our GRAVIMIX. So we can also provide the user-friendliness and reliability our customer is familiar with in our conveying system.

ECONOMIC AND USER FRIENDLY Our conveying system is also developed in order to provide our customer with good insight in their process. The conveying system can be controlled using a microprocessor for smaller conveying solutions or with a PLC, on which a touchscreen is connected. On this screen you can find various parameters in order to get a full understanding of the process. For example, the suction parameters but also how much capacity is left per pump. In addition, our PLC can be expanded with a USB port and Ethernet connection, so you can do this in any place you want. The hopper loaders...
