The FGB FLECS is ideally suited for injection molding machines, extruders and blow molding machines, where a consistently high quality of your end product is sought. With the revolutionairy Easy Clean System, it is the bench mark for the industry. The FLECS is an improved version of our 1,5, already a revolution at its introduction. FLECS, Ferlin Large Easy Clean System. Easy Clean Systems means it is no longer necessary to take of the loaders in order to take of the dosing hoppers. All without the need of tools, just like with the mixing chamber and weigh bin. The mixing chamber can be taken out, even when it is full with material, without spilling it. Because of the constant dosing accuracy, the percentage of additives to minimize, without compromising the quality of the finished product. The resulting savings result in an immediate reduction in production. The FGB FLECS is suited for dosing of virgins (granulate), free flowing regrind, masterbatch and/or additives. This compact and space-saving blending system can be installed directly on the throat of a processing machine. Due to simple removable parts a quick cleaning and material change is guaranteed. All components are dosed after eachother into the weigh bin, which is supported by an accurate weigh system. After weigh out, the complete batch is discharged into the mixing chamber and the horizontal mixer provides a homogeneous mixture.
