Cycles to Failure Material samples were cycled under controlled conditions until failure. Sample Average Number of Cycles to Break 104 When FenFormTM was cycled at extreme conditions (to give a manageable testing time), it lasted an average of 25% longer than the competitor’s product.

Summary of Results FenForm’sTM Tensile Strength is higher than the competition’s. The difference is maintained as the temperature and cycles are increased. The difference between the Elongation at Break of FenFormTM and the competitor’s material decreases at higher temperatures. The Modulus figure at a given elongation is higher for FenFormTM than the competitor’s material. The figure is more consistent as the temperature and cycles are increased.
