FUTURE SCAN provides greater field of view and minimal spot distortion in comparasion with 2D scanner, a) The traditional 2D vibrating mirror spot Y mirror axis movement results in the loss of the effective range of the actual focal plane Y component and the spot distortion of the two components of the whole field of view, b) FUTURE SCAN adopts a three-axis mirror, and through optical compensation, the reflecting surface of the XY component is at the center of the Y galvanometer, and the maximum field of view of the F-mirror field lens can be maximally utilized, and meanwhile, the light spots of the two components can be guaranteed to be consistent and free of distortion. 2. Standard XY2-100 protocol, compatible with popular control card on the market. 3.
