Materials

Electrical Performance
The connectors have a current rating of 1.5A at 20°C and 1.0A at 70°C. Contact resistance is 20mΩ max, and insulation resistance is 10,000MΩ min. They support a voltage of 750Vrms.

Mechanical Performance
Mating force is 0.75N max per contact, and withdrawal force is 0.15N min per contact. The connectors can handle Hertz stress of 200 Kpsi min and have misalignment tolerances of ±2.0 mm longitudinally and ±2.5 mm transversally.

Specifications
Standard product specifications include GS-12-203 and application specifications GS-20-034 for VH and GS-20-022 for RAH, VR, and RAR. High-speed specifications are GS-12-1044 and GS-20-22.

Millipacs® offers CompactPCI® cable connectors in shielded and non-shielded versions, with various position configurations.
