Automatic Packaging Overview
The CONFSV vacuum bagging and packaging lines are compact systems capable of handling aluminum, shrink, or taped bags. These machines are designed for high efficiency, producing between 360 to 720 pieces per hour, and are suitable for a variety of products including cooked, seasoned, cheese, and vegetarian or vegan items.

Machine Specifications and Features
The automatic bagging machine features a loading conveyor belt that orients products for packaging. Bags are stored in an adjustable warehouse, allowing for continuous operation without production halts. The packaging machine is equipped with a vacuum thermosealing tunnel with sealing bars available in lengths of 1.4 m, 1.8 m, and 1.95 m. These bars ensure maximum sealing pressure, accommodating micro-folds and product traces.

A special device shapes the bag mouth for optimal vacuum sealing, adjustable to product size. The machine can also handle cylindrical products, using a conveyor belt, pusher, and spreading device to minimize bag size relative to the product.

Robotic and Specialized Packaging
Robotic systems are available for packaging in taped bags and automatic loading for vacuum belt machines. These systems are suitable for circular and flat products, such as mortadella, cheese, and vegan items, with diameters from 100 mm to 300 mm and lengths up to 1.20 m. The grippers are designed to reduce plastic use and improve vacuum sealing reliability.

Products to be Sliced Packaging
A vacuum chamber machine is available for products requiring head sealing instead of longitudinal sealing, accommodating items up to 1.10 m long. This machine is specifically designed to work with the bagging device for efficient packaging.
