FE229 - 4,5A Reliable, compact and economical, FE229 is a speed regulator designed to control 4,5 A analog single-phase induction motors with the phase step technique. The FE229 controller is characterized by a front panel that integrates two switches and a rotary knob to change the speed of the motor, whose excursion can be set by two internal trimmers. FE229 is also available in a built-in kit version for those who prefer to integrate the regulator inside of a suction system. FE263 - 8A FE263 is an analog speed regulator able to control, with the phase step technique, up to two single-phase induction motors, for a maximum current absorption of 8 A. It allows the user to manage the starting and the switching off of the motors and the external solenoid valve, the the lights’ on-off, as well as the variation of the speed of the motors. Two internal trimmers are dedicated to set the minimum and the maximum speed. External connections’ scheme of the regulator FE263 White panel version AER11

FE282 - 10A Characterized by an external heat sink to ensure maximum reliability even under particularly heavy loads, the FE282 analog speed regulator can manage up to two single-phase induction motors for a total absorption of 10 A. By acting on the switches in the front panel, you can start the motors and the external solenoid valve and manage the lighting system; the rotary knob allows to vary the speed of the motors within the specified range, defined by operating on the two internal trimmers dedicated to set the minimum and the maximum speed values. External connections’ scheme of the...

FE230 - 4,5A FE230, in the basic version and in its more evolved variants, is an advanced control system with microprocessor dedicated to the speed’s adjustment of a 4,5 A single-phase induction motor. FE230 is able to guarantee high performance with minimum consumption, thanks to the reduced absorption in stand-by and the automatic adjustment of the speed of the suction motor in function of the environmental conditions. It is characterized by a practical keyboard to control all the implemented functions, a display and a led to indicate the status of operation. With loads off, it is...

The FE1023 digital regulator is a microprocessor system to control 10A single-phase induction motors with the phase angle control. Through the keyboard in the front panel, the user can control the motor on/off switching and its speed, the solenoid valve and the lighting system. The seven-segment display indicates the numerical values (between 1 and 8) representing the motor speed, while the led indicates the status of the solenoid valve. With loads off, it is possible to access to the calibration procedure of the motor speed to choose the minimum, maximum and inrush speed value.

INVERTERS FOR SINGLE-PHASE INDUCTION MOTORS FOR PROFESSIONAL AND INDUSTRIAL AIR INTAKE AND VENTILATION The inverter is the technology that provides the best energy efficiency concerning the realization of variable flow systems: it is widely documented that the advantages resulting from the use of inverter are particularly marked in those plants in which the operating cycle is most varied. On the other hand the use of the inverters also allows to exploit particularly large speed intervals and operation dynamics, to decrease motor’s stress reducing the negative effects caused by acceleration...

Advantages in the use of single-phase inverters with induction motors: • Possibility to control the speed efficiently and with wide dynamics: the inverter modulates the motor rotation speed according to the real extraction requirements. • Absence of in line phase shift between voltage (V) and current (I): power factor close to 1. Reduction of the wear rate of the mechanical components of the motor: the soft starts e soft stops reduce the stress on the motor and on the mechanical components (absence of inrush speed during the start phase). Starting with controlled power consumption....

FE1018 - FE1019 only motor control (3,5 A—8 A) The FE1018 and FE1019 (in the picture, the 3,5 A model FE1018) are two models of single-phase frequency converters for the control of induction motors that respectively absorb up to 750 W (max current absorption of 3,5A) and 1500 W (max current absorption 8A) of electrical power. The front panel integrates the on/off switch and a rotary knob to vary continuously the motor’s speed: the microprocessor, which is the heart of the inverter, allows to manage appropriate acceleration and deceleration ramps and to realize protection techniques for...
