4. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE TURNING ON AND FUNCTIONS FULLY CHARGE THE LAMP BEFORE FIRST USE FOR 10 HOURS. This lamp have two types of light: the Main light (COB LED) and the Top light on the top of the lamp.
