The ARM-B4 is a rotary type, continuous operation machine designed for filling and wrapping butter, margarine, spreads, edible fats, and curd. It has a maximum capacity of up to 20 packs per minute and can handle dose masses ranging from 500 to 1,000 grams (1 to 2 pounds). The product input temperature ranges from +10 to +14°C for butter and +8 to +14°C for margarine. The machine uses a volumetric dosing type and supports packaging materials such as laminated aluminum foil, parchment paper, and ecoline with memory. The folding type is bottom folding, and it accommodates inner reel diameters of 70 or 75 mm and outer reel diameters up to 400 mm. Material thickness ranges from 0.05 to 0.08 mm.

Control and Operation
The ARM-B4 is equipped with a PLC and HMI with a touch screen for control, offering an accuracy of 1%. Productivity can be regulated incrementally. It features an automatic lubrication system and offers manual or CIP washing modes, except for the dosing unit, which is optional. The machine requires a compressed air supply of 0.4 to 0.6 MPa (4 to 6 bar) and consumes 0.013 m³/min of compressed air. The rated power input is 9 kVA with a hopper and 4.5 kVA with direct feeding, operating at a voltage of 230/400 ± 10% and a frequency of 50/60 Hz. It requires a 3-phase electricity supply.

The approximate machine size is 2984 x 2801 x 2014 mm with a hopper and 2984 x 1434 x 2014 mm without a hopper. The machine weighs approximately 1800 kg with a hopper and 1650 kg without a hopper.

Main Features
The ARM-B4 is designed to pack paste-type products into consumer-sized portions. It allows easy shifting between portion weights by adjusting the height of the brick, which is marked with a ruler. The machine shapes bricks into rectangular forms and includes features such as a pneumatic compensator, stainless steel dosing unit, pneumatic rotor switch, and stainless steel table with synthetic inserts. The machine body and safety covers are made from stainless steel. Additional features include an automatic lubrication system, two sensors for foil tracking, a foil centering device with a photocell, a belt-driven foil broaching shaft, a stationary foil roll spindle, and a UV lamp. Optional printers include Inkjet or Thermo-printer.
