Technical Specifications
The ARM-B2 is a rotary type, continuous operation machine designed for filling and wrapping butter, margarine, spreads, edible fats, and curd. It has a maximum capacity of up to 70 packs per minute and can handle dose masses ranging from 100 to 250 grams. The product input temperature ranges from +10 to +14°C for butter and +8 to +14°C for margarine. The machine uses laminated aluminum foil, parchment paper, or ecoline as packaging materials, with a bottom folding type of package.

Machine Features
The ARM-B2 features a volumetric dosing type and can be fed via a hopper with two horizontal augers or direct feeding. It includes a PLC and HMI with a touch screen for control, and an automatic lubrication system. The machine offers manual or CIP washing modes, except for the dosing unit, which is optional. It requires a compressed air supply of 0.4 to 0.6 MPa and consumes 0.013 m³/min of compressed air. The rated power input is 9 kVA with a hopper and 4.5 kVA with direct feeding, operating at a voltage of 230/400 V and a frequency of 50/60 Hz.

Design and Construction
The ARM-B2 is constructed with stainless steel, including the dosing unit and machine body covers. It features a pneumatic compensator, pneumatic rotor switch, and a stainless steel table with synthetic inserts. The machine includes safety covers, two sensors for foil tracking, a foil centering device with a photocell, and a belt-driven foil broaching shaft. It also has a stationary foil roll spindle and a UV lamp. Optional printers include inkjet or thermo-printers.

Dimensions and Weight
The machine measures approximately 2720 x 2650 x 1970 mm with a hopper and 2720 x 1500 x 1970 mm without a hopper. The weight is approximately 1800 kg with a hopper and 1650 kg without a hopper.

Additional Features
The ARM-B2 allows for easy adjustment of portion weight by changing the height of the brick, which is adjustable by a handle with marked adjustment points. It can shape bricks into rectangular, stick, or semi-round forms.
