CONTOUR LM The high speed Laser cutting system that has the edge on the competition, offering flexibility, easy materials handling & high accuracy for faster, cheaper parts. The Farley Laserlab Contour LM provides Laser cutting at a repeatable high performance level. This machine can profile any shape mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium from 0.5mm to 25mm, and can be configured with a variety of Laser Resonators from 1 KW to 5 KW, 00 Mode Slab Laser and multiple fast axial flow lasers up to 7Kw. The Contour LM can process plate up to 2m (6’) wide and 4m (12’) long in one set up, and can be programmed to automatically transfer new material to the processing station via the fully automated transfer table. Center overhead rail for rigidity & higher productivity The center rail vastly improves rigidity, allowing for greater acceleration and improved cornering. Linear drives for speed and accuracy Linear drives provide the torque and resolution necessary to ensure accurate position through the life of the machine. The drive system ensures high stiffness essential for accuracy and no friction, ensuring a long life for the machine. Optimum acceleration is ensured through the use of Siemens Servo motors. Cutting head with fast change Lens The Precitec Autofocus cutting head ensures high quality motorised focal control, Capacitance height following, optical monitoring of the cut, along with a simple lens change facility. Laserlab Touch Screen control The 32-bit CNC for control over programming, cutting speeds, tool offsets, plate alignment, program rotation, easy retrace, tool retract & more.
