It features continuous operation for high production capacities. The machine offers superior, attractive cut quality as the product is not forced through a cutting grid but gently cut with rotating knife spindles. The large steep drum contributes to high-capacity feeding. Applications The CMD.2 is widely used in the cheese segment. It is capable of handling large blocks of cheese in square, rectangular, or cylindrical form.
