• Applications: The XL-160 UV Lamp is suitable for curing inks, coatings, and adhesives. It is also used in inspection, machine vision, fiber-coupled illumination, specialty projection systems for maskless lithography, rapid prototyping, 3D printing, and medical and scientific instrumentation.
• Optical Characteristics: The lamp operates at a wavelength of 395nm, with an optional model range of 365-410nm. It has an ultraviolet intensity of 4W/cm² and a viewing angle of 140 degrees on the X-axis and 120 degrees on the Y-axis. The light window measures 54 mm x 18 mm. Irradiance is measured using a DYMAX ACCU-CAL 50-LED Meter at a test distance of 5 mm.
• Electrical Specifications: The lamp requires an AC input of 110v-220v and consumes less than 300W of power. It uses air fan cooling.
• Control Features: The lamp can be triggered by a photocell or other signal triggers, with adjustable light time from 1 to 60 seconds. It features an LED display and includes a protection mechanism with an internal LED pattern temperature sensor that shuts down the lamp if the temperature exceeds 100 degrees Celsius.
