Bumper Material Information
1. Neoprene (Chloroprene): Offers flame and weather resistance, resists gasoline, oil, ozone, and high temperatures. Affected by phosphate hydraulic fluids and aromatic hydrocarbons. Service temperature ranges from -40°F to 250°F.
2. Urethane (Di-Isocyanate Polyurethane): Known for high abrasion resistance, strength, and load-bearing capacity. Resistant to ozone and oxygen but affected by ether, esters, acids, aromatics, and alkalis. Service temperature ranges from -65°F to 250°F.
3. White Nitrile (Nitrile Butadiene): Resistant to gasoline, oil, alcohol, and abrasion. Affected by degreaser solvents. Service temperature ranges from -60°F to 225°F.
Durometer ratings are based on Shore A scale, ranging from 20 (stiff foam rubber) to 95 (hockey puck). Urethane color guide includes yellow (35), blue (60), red (80), and orange or black (95).

- Resistance to Chemicals: Urethane shows excellent resistance to ASTM oils and aliphatics, while Neoprene and White Nitrile have varying resistance levels to different chemicals.
Urethane covered bearings and press fit rollers in 95A are black, while other rollers in 95A are orange. All Nitrile rollers and bumpers are white, and all Neoprene rollers and bumpers are black.
