Filters should be hand-tightened and removed with a belt wrench. The air/oil separator should be replaced when differential pressure reaches 1-1.2 bar, with an average lifespan exceeding 2500 hours.

Coalescence Effect
The coalescence principle is employed to agglomerate micro oil drops into larger ones for efficient separation and drainage.

Minimum Pressure Valve and Thermostat
The minimum pressure valve is set at 4.5 bar to maintain necessary lubrication pressure. The thermostat diverts oil for cooling when the set temperature is reached.

Pressure Drop and Oil Filter Options
Pressure drop values are provided for both air/oil separation and oil filters, with options for different filtering surfaces and materials, including cellulose and polyester fibers.
