The level of the liquid is monitored and an alarm will be released when the threshold has been passed. Edition 05.2016 Technical changes reserved Function description VISY-Reed Interstitial sensors combine simple float switches based on reed contacts with the VISY-Sensor interface for connection to the VISY-Command. The float follows the level of the liquid as it rises, and a magnet opens a reed switch inside the sensor tube. This alarm message is transmitted directly to VISY-Command. Thanks to the low power input, VISY-Reed s ­ ensors of different types can be operated parallel to a VISY-Stick.
