Specifications
The CPS BMKIII + EBM 14x series is designed for high efficiency in separating hydrocarbons from bilge water. It features:

• Flow rates from 0.5 m3/h to 10 m3/h.
• Compact, lightweight design with low maintenance requirements.
• Automatic operation controlled by a PLC.
• Electrical power requirements of 380/440 V, 50 or 60 Hz.

Design and Technology
The series combines FACET Mpak® coalescing plates with innovative membranes to break chemical and mechanical emulsions, ensuring compliance with IMO MEPC.107(49) regulations.

Operation and Maintenance
The equipment is easy to maintain, requiring only occasional cleaning of plate packs and membrane replacement. It operates automatically with no moving parts except for pumps and valves.

Performance
The system removes hydrocarbons in two stages, achieving an effluent with less than 15 ppm of total hydrocarbons.

Accessories
Included accessories are a bilge alarm and an optional electric heater for heavy oil discharge.
