engineering inc. Pneumatic Surface Vibrator Operation Areas FABU Pneumatic Surface Vibrator eliminates cavities in moulds during casting of mortar or similar materials. It is used where regular flow of solid materials (in cement, glass, soda, fertiliser plants, etc.) is required such as silos bunkers, conveyors, etc. FABU Pneumatic Surface Vibrator is attached on the pneumatic material transfer pipes in order to improve the performance of the material transfer. In addition, it is attached on shaking elements and on frames of filter units; it keeps the units clean. Moreover, it's attached on moving sieving units to improve sieving. Operating Instructions 1. When assembling hose to vibrator secure vibrator end of the hose and clean it by blowing air through. Repeat the cleaning process every time the hose is detached. 2. Make sure that compressed air system is equipped with lubricant containers. Do not allow water entering into the vibrator. 3. When not in use cover the vibrator properly to keep it away from dust and moisture. 4. To ensure the vibrator functions efficiently assembling nuts must be tightened properly. Use counter nuts to prevent the vibrator from loosening. Make sure the vibrator is horizontal when mounted on. engineering inc.
