Operating Instructions:

The machine operates with compressed air from an air compressor.
Use an air compressor providing 4-5 m3/min; the hammer consumes 2.8 m3/min.
Air pressure should not exceed 6-7 bar to avoid damage.
Use a 1-inch air hose for the air inlet.
Clean the air hose by blowing air through it before attaching to the oiler; repeat when detached.
Avoid attaching deformed piles to the hammer.
Ensure alignment of the pile and hammer axes.
Maintain a driving speed of 15 cm/min, depending on ground structure and pile type.
Regularly check compressor pressure; it must not exceed 6.9 bar (100 PSI).

Trail Parts:

Valve Arm: Controls hammer movement; right for up, left for down, middle to hold position.
Oiler: Check oil level before use; add oil if low. Use specific oils based on temperature.
Wheel Position: To move the machine, remove the pin and turn the wheel 90 degrees.
Trail Slide: Lengthen by removing pins, moving the slide forward, and refixing pins.

Oiler: The level of oil in the oiler is checked before using the machine , If it is low, then oil is added to the oiler. Use one of the following oils if ait temperature is equal or above 10 C. degree. Mobil Almo Oil No:3 Shell Tonna R Oil .41 BP Energol ME200cc.
