Operating Instructions:
  • Fill the oiler with Mobil Alma Oil 525-527 or equivalent before starting and every 4 working hours.
  • Mount and secure the drill steel on the rock drill.
  • Clean the air hose by feeding air through it before connecting to the rock drill.
  • Ensure the drill steel is not dull before use to avoid damage.
  • Tighten the joint screw nuts daily before operation.
  • If sand or clay enters the rock drill through the exhaust hole, cease use and send for maintenance.

  1. Valve lever downwards: air inlet closed.
  2. Valve lever one step upwards: air open to the drill steel.
  3. Valve lever two steps upwards: air half open to the rock drill and drill steel.
  4. Valve lever upwards: air fully open to the rock drill and drill steel.
