Operating Instructions
Operation Areas: FABU Pneumatic
Breakers, ranging from 1 kg to 40 kg, are designed for various construction and industrial applications. Specific models are tailored for different tasks: F.HKT 40, 36, 30, 26, 20 are used for breaking, cutting, digging, and splitting rock, concrete, asphalt, and hard soil. F.HKT 10 is suitable for breaking and cleaning in rock, mine, ore, clay, concrete, and foundries. F.HKT 6, 4, 1 are ideal for the ceramics, cement, glass, construction, and casting industries. F.HKT 8 is designed for coal plants and foundries, featuring a circular shank design to prevent debris ingress.
Operational Procedures: Before use, clean the air hose by feeding air through it. Start operations with a small amount of oil, using Alma Oil 525 - 527 or equivalent. Daily, tighten the joint screw nuts. Ensure the chisel's shank is not broken or worn before mounting. For single-
hand-held breakers, follow specific steps to mount the chisel securely.
Technical Specifications: The document provides detailed specifications for each model, including blow frequency, operating pressure, air inlet size, shank size, air consumption, length, and weight. For example, the F.HKT 40 model operates at 1100-1250 blows per minute with a pressure of 72-100 PSI and consumes 54 CFM of air.
Part List: A comprehensive list of parts is provided, detailing each component's name and quantity required for the pneumatic breakers.
