Pneumatic Breaker Operation Areas FABU Pneumatic Breakers varying from 1 kg. up to 40 kg. are used for various construction and industrial applications. F.HKT 40, 36, 30, 26, 20 : These models are used for breaking, cutting, digging and splitting of rock, concrete, asphalt and hard soil formations. F.HKT 10 : This model is used in rock, mine, ore, clay, concrete and compressed refracter material for breaking, digging, scraping and for cleaning casted parts in foundries. F.HKT 6, 4, 1 : These models are ideal to use in ceramics, cement, glass industry besides to construction and casting industry for breaking or cleaning purpose. F.HKT 8 : This model has similar functions with F.HKT 10 and 6. It is designed specially for use in coal plants and foundries, in this type, shank design has a circular section in order to avoid broken small pieces from getting inside the breaker white breaking horizontal or in various angles. ►Operating Instructions 1. The air hose must be cleaned each time by feeding air through the hose, before connecting to the pneumatic breaker. 2. Start the operation with little amount of oil by adjusting the oiler. Use Alma Oil 525 - 527 or any equivalent. 3. Each day before starting the operation, tighten the joint screw nuts of the breaker. 4. Before mounting the chiesel to the breake, make sure that the shank part is not broken or worn out and the chiesel is not null. 5. For single hand held breakers : Push chiesel clamping sleeve forward, turn it 90 degree and remove it from the cylinder. Clean the chosen chiesel and mount it to the clamping sleeve. Mount the chiesel to the breaker and then mount the clamping sleeve to the breaker by pushing towards the breaker’s head, then lock it by turning 90 degree.
