General Terms and Conditions

Legal and Jurisdiction
Swiss law governs the legal relationship, with the supplier's office as the jurisdiction. Written orders and confirmations are binding.

Specifications and Standards

Prices
Prices are net, ex works, excluding additional costs, and are in Swiss Francs or euros. The supplier may adjust prices due to changes in costs.

Payment Terms
Prepayment is required upon delivery readiness, with a 30-day net payment deadline. Late payments incur 8% interest.

Reservation of Title
The supplier retains title until full payment is received, with authorization to register retention if needed.

Delivery Date and Conditions
Standard products are delivered from stock on a specific date under EXW terms. The purchaser may cancel for late delivery. Minimum charge is CHF 50.00.

Packaging
Packaging is invoiced separately.

Inspection and Acceptance
The supplier inspects goods before dispatch. The purchaser must inspect and notify defects promptly.
