Operating Principle: The machine begins operation as the paddy enters and passes through a photoelectric cell. This cell activates the subsequent vibrating chute and adjusts the pre-set pressure of the rubber rollers. The paddy is directed via a newly designed chute to the peeling gap of the diagonally arranged rubber rollers. A blower is used to cool the rubber rollers, ensuring their longevity and reducing operational costs. It is recommended to connect the peeler to an aspiration system. After passing through the rubber rollers, the mixture of brown rice, loose husks, and paddy exits towards the husk separator. Typically, the rubber roller peeler is combined with the HUS 1260 husk separator and delivered as a unit.

Technical Specifications: The machine can process up to 6,000 kg per hour, with a motor power requirement of up to 11.0 kW for the peeler, 0.15 kW for the blower, and 0.25 kW for the aspiration channel. It requires 5 m3/min of air and 350 liters/min of compressed air at 10 Bar.
