Nitrogen Generator Maximus for Industrial and Lab applications

Product catalog summary
Benefits and Savings
  • Economy Saving: Quick return on investment in less than one year. Minimal attention and maintenance required after installation.
  • Reliability and Safety: Nitrogen is produced at low pressure and ambient temperature, reducing hazards associated with high-pressure cylinders and liquid Dewars. Available 24/7 for uninterrupted processes.
  • Compact Design and Flexibility: Requires less floor space. Modular design allows for multi-banking (Master/Slave configuration) to adapt to business growth and changing gas requirements.
Standard Features
  • Varying flow rates and purities.
  • HMI touch screen with O2 display and alarm.
  • Air inlet dewpoint display and alarm.
  • Maintenance indication with visual and audible alarms.
  • Analogue connections and Ethernet output via RJ45 for remote access.
Quick and Easy Maintenance: Front access only, automatic economy mode, and optional hazardous area version.
Product Overview
The Maximus nitrogen generators provide a reliable and secure nitrogen supply from existing compressed air, eliminating the need for liquid nitrogen or high-pressure gas cylinders. Designed for continuous operation, they offer flow rates from a few liters per minute to over NM3/H with oxygen content residuals from 10 ppm to 5%. Controlled via HMI touch screen technology, they continuously monitor processes, pressures, inlet air dewpoint, and oxygen levels with alarms.
Applications: Food packaging, laser cutting, wine making and brewing, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and laboratory, electronic assembly/soldering, injection molding.
Operating Mode
The nitrogen generator operates on Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) using pairs of extruded aluminum columns filled with carbon molecular sieve (CMS). Pre-treated compressed air flows through the CMS, adsorbing oxygen and trace gases, allowing nitrogen to pass. The system switches between separation and regeneration modes for continuous production.
