Completely servo-driven, cycle-operated tray erector with up to 12 servo axes driven by a virtual master shaft.
Two-lane belt magazine with a reception capacity of up to 900 mm in length.
Blank extraction and placement into a carrier conveyor with speed compensation of the vacuum system (20-45 cycles/min).
Direct toothed-belt drive with screwed carriers for high dynamics.
Glueing with Nordson Pro Blue hotmelt system, independently driven modules via rotary encoder.
Folding stations with hole plate and supporting flaps folded around rigid counter-parts, glued corner flaps, and counterpressure plates for stable glueing.
