Functional Description

Product Feeding and Grouping: Direct transfer of stacks linked to the cutter's stacking unit, with gentle conveyance via belt and roller conveyors.
Optional offline picking by a 6-axis robot, with interlayer sheets handled separately.
Air table option for alignment checks and debris removal.
Angular transfer units ensure correct alignment for infeed station.
Carton stacks can be packed in Wrap-Around-cases or stacked in a cassette.

Case Line

Case blanks are vacuum-sucked from the magazine and folded into U-shapes.
Servo-driven chain conveyor cycles cases through folding, pushing-in, and closing stations with hotmelt.
Format settings are adjustable via hand-operated spindles or optional positioning drives.
Format change time is approximately 10 minutes for one operator.
