Recommended Flap Disc by Grit/Application: FLAP DISCS ADVANTAGE: GRIND AND FINISH IN ONE OPERATION In the past, grinding wheels were used for grinding and fibre discs for blending and finishing. Flap Discs can be used for both operations saving time and increasing operator productivity. Flap Discs vs. Fibre Discs: Working Pressure: Higher pressure results in more aggressive stock removal while lower pressure produces better finish.
