Flap Discs are unique abrasive tools designed to grind and finish in one operation. There is no need to change tools, or for any additional process or backing pad. Flap Discs save your time and money. Glued layers of abrasive material pieces, wear evenly and continuously expose new sharp grain, resulting in aggressive stock removal, long life and a constant smooth finish. Flap Discs can be used for both operations saving time and increasing operator productivity. Flap Discs vs. Fibre Discs: Working Pressure: Higher pressure results in more aggressive stock removal while lower pressure produces better finish.
