Product Information The SFTA Supply Fan is a high-efficiency tubeaxial fan with a cast aluminum propeller mounted directly on the motor shaft. The eight blade propeller and motor assembly are enclosed entirely within the fan housing. The SFTA is equipped with an energy-efficient, totally enclosed, variable speed motor (TEFC). A service door and external conduit box is provided to allow easy access to the motor and propeller. The SFTA can be used for combustion air supply systems where reliability, efficiency and low noise are important factors. The SFTA Supply Fan is a component in the MCAS™. Modulating Combustion Air System. The housing is continuously welded, heavy-gauge, corrosion resistant steel. Flanges on the inlet and outlet are integrally rolled and punched for attachment to ductwork and accessories. The fan housing is painted with a corrosion resistant enamel coat. Aluminum parts are not painted. The aluminum propellers are dynamically balanced for quiet, vibration free operation. Commercial grade, totally enclosed, variable speed 3-phase motor. Class F insulated, IP54 Protection Class. Thermal overload protection. The motor is foot-mounted, NEMA standard.
