It’s on Founder’s Day that we celebrate in memoriam the birthday of our late founder, Roy Sweeney. Roy led EXAIR for 33 years, and it was through that leadership EXAIR was able to become the successful and innovative company that it is today. Roy’s expertise and business acumen was not the only legacy that he left behind. Roy was well known in the community for his charitable works and commitment to servitude. He and his wife Jackie made giving back a staple in their lives and through countless acts of kindness, set an example for not only EXAIR employees but anyone who had the pleasure of knowing them. Building strong relationships with their community and helping those less fortunate was as much a foundation of their everyday lives as EXAIR itself.
