MODEL B Series mp Gear Pump ▲ 400 Autovalve ▲ Servo-Driven Metering System featuring ► ng disposable no-purge Static Mixing The Servo-Driven B-Series Gear Pump ar Metering System will deliver tightly controlled dispense rates for use in critical bead and xy applications. The pumps are driven at an electronically controlled rate by a single, compact gear-reduced motor. The rate is set by entering a value on the Rate Controller. The time proven B-Series Pump design was originated in 1926 when a better, more precise alternative to existing designs (diaphragm, lobe coarse gear, plunger and screw pumps) was sought. Each had problems with pulsation, ow inaccuracies, multiple seal area and slippage, which required constant calibration, high maintenance and extended downtimes. Tolerances of ±.00005” are held, minimizing internal clearances and assuring accurate, precise metering. The pump’s simple design with only three moving parts - two metering gears and a drive shaft - provide long life and easy maintenance. Mixing at the dispense head takes place through disposable static mixers, thus eliminating the need for costly solvents.
