we cover your robot PROTECTIVE COVERS IN WELDING PROCESSES Industrial robots working in welding processes are exposed to hot weld spatter, sparks and a high amount of dust. The layer of metal oxides appearing on the hot parts of the machines because of their contact with air accumulates over time, creating a layer that is difficult to remove. Weld scale can appear on the surface of the robot. Hot particle splashes and radiant heat can damage the cables and conduits on the robot, while the dust getting inside the moving parts can block them and cause malfunctions. This results in the production line being stopped to repair the machine. EVO_heat line covers are made of non-flammable fabrics, resistant to high temperatures. This feature allows them to protect industrial robots and machines from splashes of hot particles and sparks generated in the welding process. The cover also prevent cable burning and accumulation of weld scale on the robot surface. If the robot is exposed to radiant heat, the covers are produced from fabrics with reflexive properties, which reflect part of heat radiation, helping protect the machine from overheating.
