SmartCam Optical Q-check Quality check during the forming process The SmartCam evoVIU was mainly developed for detecting respectively measuring special quality characteristics during the material processing in the forming press. Thanks to the robust and thin design as well as the integrated fully configurable lighting and the TOF-autofocus the camera can take images from defined regions inline. Moreover the camera is equipped for outdoor use At a glance: • SmartCam with a robust design • Fully configurable Internal lighting • Various connection possibilities • Autofocus with Integrated TOFmeasurement thanks to the IP67 protection. Through a big variety of different interfaces (Ethernet, Wifi, IO-Link, LTE with 5G-Ready) the results can be passed to the corresponding endpoint. All these functions are combined through the platform evoVIU on the camera, a graphical fully web based intuitive tool for image progressing.
