Supplementary Charge and Storage: A refresh charge may be necessary if storage exceeds recommended times or if the open circuit voltage falls below 12.40 volts per battery. The refresh charge should be at 2.25-2.35 VPC for at least 12 hours.
Sulphation and Self-Discharge: Lead sulphate forms during discharge and can be reversed if recharged promptly. However, self-discharge can lead to irreversible sulphate formation, damaging the battery.
Storage Precautions: Batteries should be stored in a cool, dry place at 25°C or below, away from direct sunlight and external heat sources. A stock control system is recommended.

AINO MICRO Range VRLA CONSTRUCTION - EverExceed AINO MICRO Range AGM battery construction is as shown in the diagram below. The positive and negative grids are cast from a calcium / tin lead alloy to reduce grid growth and corrosion. The active material is manufactured from high purity lead (99.9999%) to minimize the negative effects of impurities.
