The uXcel series is a special charger for batteries, utilizing digital IC for control and trigger integration. It supports constant-current and constant-voltage functions, serving as both a charger and a power source for battery formation and maintenance. Available in single and three-phase up to 220kW, it is suitable for industrial applications like substation battery systems and DC UPS.

The uXcel series is adaptable to customer needs with options like SCR full-bridge rectifiers, fast-acting fuses, voltage-absorbing units, and IP65 protection. It offers a wide voltage and current range and a comprehensive battery management system.

Utilizing the latest Digital Control technology, the uXcel series controls a 6-pulse thyristor bridge rectifier with an embedded microcomputer controller for faster signal processing. It features easy front-access to modules and automatic switching of charging methods.

Designed for continuous operation at full load in 40°C ambient temperature, the uXcel series offers a system lifetime of 20 years and withstands mechanical and horizontal acceleration stress up to 0.5 g.

Features intuitive multilingual digital graphic control for system status, measurements, and alarms. It includes an 'event log' function and supports RS232, RS485 for network monitoring.

Compatible with lead-acid and nickel-cadmium batteries, the series includes a programmable battery test and a Battery Management system for individual cell testing. It supports automatic switching between constant current and voltage charging.
