FT GEL RANGE VRLA CONSTRUCTION - EverExceed’s front access FT Gel Range Gel battery construction is as shown in the diagram below. The positive and negative plates are cast from a Lead-Calcium-Tin alloy to reduce grid growth and corrosion and achieve excellent cycling ability. The active material is manufactured from high purity lead (99.994%) to minimize the negative effects of impurities.
