The SWG100 BIOcompact is a specially designed version of our SWG100 Biogas Analyser suitable for sampling biogas in farm based AD plants. The analyser can be configured to measure Oxygen (02%), Methane ( CH4%), Carbone Dioxide(CO2%) and Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) from a single or dual sampling point. The system automatically measure up to 24 times a day (user defined) or on demand by simply pressing a button. This features allow the operator to take additional gas reading as required outside the timed measurement sampling programme. The system offers standard RS 485 and Modbus communications and optional 4 x 4-20 mA analogue output and profibus communication for remote data transfer. The SWG100 BIOcompact offer extremely easy operation and minimal maintenance cost which translate in low cost of ownership. The analyser is supplied ready to go and no training is require to operate it. Although designed for matching the needs of small scale AD plants, the SWG100 BIOcompact offers many features that are only common to more expensive system. Gas reading are automatically stored to the internal SD card for easy transfer to a PC for future analysis. No special software is required as data are saved in CSV format.
